Product Description:

VNA extender modules up to 170GHz. Upconverts microwave signals into millimeter-wave frequencies with high output power and low phase noise. These modules are part of the SGX series and are designed for seamless integration with standard signal generators, supporting TTL modulation and voltage-controlled attenuation.
