The PNA-X is a four-port vector network analyzer which can operate up to 26.5 GHz. It features a combination of two internal signal sources, a signal combiner, S-parameter and noise receivers, pulse modulators and generators, and a set of switches and RF access points.
The PNA-X offers many features and shares the same platform as the PNA series of vector network analyzer, while reducing cost and complexity.
